Field Experience Best Practices -Promoting and Accelerating Teacher Professional Growth Writing Competition
Aims：
Teaching mode is facing a huge change in these years. This writing contest aims to encourage students to write and share teaching strategies about their vulnerable teaching experience in virtual and physical classrooms so that other students can learn from them and enhance their teaching methods.
Rules and Guidelines:
1. Non-Fiction Writing, based on true experience during lessons, and not exaggerated
2. Must include virtual teaching experience (Zoom, Team, Meet, etc.)
3. Supported with the professional teaching knowledge and/or related psychological theories
Scoring Rubric:
It will be marked by the effectiveness of the teaching strategies and how successfully you handled the situations.
Prizes:
Awards include ‘The Best’, ‘Second’, ‘Third’ and two merits.
*A certificate will be issued for every participant for appreciation.

『虛實結合 融匯貫通 教學相長』教學經驗分享徵文比賽
目的：
教學模式在本年度迎來空前的轉變，隨着科技日新月異，傳統課室的因材施教，也需要加上虛擬教室的創新獨特。
是次徵文比賽希望學生透過撰寫最成功的一次教學經驗，把自己寶貴的技巧與心得分享給下一代實習生，從中反思虛實融合教育的契機與出路。這不僅幫助你日後的面試，還可以把埋在心底的經驗，用筆寫下，並綻放出光芒！
指引：
利用真實教學的經歷，輔以相關教育心理學、教學法與資訊科技等所學的知識，寫下一篇你專屬的教學經歷與所用技巧，並向大家分享你對虛擬教學的見解與教育的喜悅！
比賽規則：
1. 學生親身真實經歷，不能加入任何虛構成份
2. 必須帶有虛擬教學的部分（Zoom/Team/Meet）
評分準則：
1. 教學方法之成效
2. 處理手法的適合度
獎項：
冠軍、亞軍、季軍（各1名）
優異獎（2名）
*各參賽者均可獲發參賽證書以示鼓勵
